I start pump into gold, will cash in some share and transfer into gold as well...............

laugh.gif dun forget QE3 is a drug, if it cant bring the positive mood to share market, it may come with terrorist...........later bomb us.
QE3 only benefit US economy, not to others country. We only receive the inflation only.

To reduce the risk of such economy bubble, i choose gold.

Somehow I cannot understand how the QE3 exporting inflation to the emerging market? If the USD is weak, and our money is stronger, by right we don't have inflation, although commodities are traded in USD, since USD down RM up, so it's like breakeven. Anyway, I have been in gold since like a while, and might continue to buy more bars if I have extra savings. Not going to fork out extra just to buy gold, though.
*
The inflation is always higher the currency appreciation.
like Crude Oil Price, year 2008 Dec at USD40, that time 1USD:RM3.80
now 2012 Sept at USD91, 1USD:RM3.05

same with gold price. HKD link up with USD, they suffer the most..........

why you want to buy AirAsia while you have safer stock like MAS? tongue.gif
*
safer in term of price stagnant, but it worst in term of fundamental.

I believe if someone willing to acquire, EPF willing to sell
but if it break below RM1.00 psychology support , it might trigger heavy selling pressure

tongue.gif sorry 2dailou.. fundamental basis i really lausai one.. if EPF willing to protect the stock.. good also mah..

what if suddenly got a good news to MAS? anyway.. MAS got change any new blood?

no bad or good news for MAS recently..  hmm.gif
*
biggrin.gif got good news yesterday, they issue another RM500m bond, 6.9% a year, 10 years term.

as SKY mentioned, the funds hold MAS because of national duty. Same with EPF, they bought the bond because of government instruction as well.

laugh.gif The national duty aka BN's instruction..............if BN lose, another story liao

One of the things I choose to buy call warrants basically related to those mother shares which have some fundamentals .

MAS may have " negative assets " if  not for the accounts being twisted to show some 30sen a share. hmm.gif

I expect some right issues in the near future.

Quite regular like once every 2 years kinda thing.
*
sweat.gif I hate that recent EPF borrow them without set up a payback date, its like free lend to MAS.
without this action, next year MAS sure PN17

True, but then again we can say the crude oil and gold have demand, so going up is normal. What I'm assuming now is the demand to these commodities remain the same. So by right, USD down is indeed good news for us due to we have higher purchasing power.
*
in theoretical, yes if the demand/supply are same before and after QE.
But the USD:RM must be in steady ratio against the newly print USD, meaning how much of newly print must in conjuction with how much RM going to appreciate.

Anyway above mentioned requirement wont be fulfill as the demand actually in higher after QE.
speculate everywhere, like we buy gold, we want earn laugh.gif we are taking the opportunities of QE. so demand is higher

Cherroy, I can't seems to comprehend why we will have inflation, if our money is growing stronger? For the export stuff, I agree, but for inflation, by right we should not be suffering at all, am I right?  hmm.gif
