heck i can't even see any root method for it

at xda, someone manage to update 4.0.4 for his xgo

Got official update already. I connected to the computer and the update popped up. Mine is now on ICS

were you guys got yours at sony retailer , typical cellphone kiosk/shop or telco ? is there any huge difference in prices

i tried mine but it said already up to date...(GB)

i cant update mine due to error 1100?? saying please check ur Internet connection. but my connection are ok

It is similar to any other ICS out there e.g. Swipe to close etc. Nothing different I would say. As for battery life, no comments yet

Unfortunately it didn't fix the GPS and fluctuating network issue that I had. It makes me to feel that those problems are related to hardware now. Will bring my phone to Sony to get it checked.

Once the update had been downloaded, plus off the cable from both computer and phone. Turn off the phone.

Then plug in to the computer first. After that, hold the volume down and while holding, plug in the cable. The menu on your computer will react and then you can leave the phone to update.

The thing that I pm u right? Quality very good, cos took out to check b4 posting.. Damn it's so nice I like the string so much

My first impressions on the updates:
the system feels a bit slower although i' not sure.maybe it just me.
the back light seem to be dim..well that all for now

for the settings button on the notification bar u could install power toggles at playstore...

my usage for this phone is minimum but i like to keep in check what i can do,
i am waiting for a nice custom rom before changing

guys, i want to update mine into ICS. but how come the pc companion says that mine is already have the latest update? (GB)

Are you using AP set or Original set?

do mind that AP set get the update slightly or abit more then original sets,

mine is AP set. whats the difference? do i have to wait longer than the ori set?

AP sets get abit behind the que in ICS update like original set get update on 28 but AP set might get update abit late
