reits is "old man" investment, much much slower and much less volatile than regular stocks.
i hv been looking for chance to buy more for last 2 months, can't see any yet.
but the chance will come, just nobody knows when.
maybe some "crisis" happen or major foreign funds exit, rattling the market.
singapore reits had a 5-6% drop last week but that is a totally diff market.
the question is always when such a thing happens, r u bold enough to go for it?

For REIT, don't need to wait for price drop to enter.
Even if it drops, how low before you enter ?
As long as the Dividend Yield is attractive enough...Just DO IT. /
REIT is like buying properties for rent.... it takes time to get capital appreciation (2nd objective in REIT).
1st Objective in REIT = Dividends
i see, thks to both of u, for now the divideny yield now hovering around 5.68 percent something according to mreit website. still pretty decent from the way i see it.
