QUOTE(H86 @ Dec 19 2012, 07:17 PM) If really what as you said, PAVREIT don't even worth RM0.13 but i will put all my assets in buying PAVREIT if PAVREIT at price RM0.13 tomorrow. Agreed....I entered PAVREIT at avg 1.009. So I guess it is still a handsome capital gain for me PAVREIT is expensive but not as what you said. I do not own any PAVREIT but i do feel that it is irresponsible to simply say a number of 320 without explanation. (I don't think your explanation on 320 years is valid though. lol) |

QUOTE(jutamind @ Dec 28 2012, 12:51 PM) anyone invested in STAREIT? price movement seems to be snail pace over the years, but yield is still pretty respectable. Accumulating STAREIT now. Price seems right to enter compared to other REITsmost of my REIT portfolio is on retail REIT, trying to diversify my REIT portfolio |

There is no such thing as bullet proof investments. There is only calculated risks and projected returns.

AMFIRST is purely for dividends, still attractive to accumulate at this point of time. If wanna invest monthly in REIT, this I would say the best for consideration

QUOTE(Rich_Lim @ Jan 10 2013, 09:43 AM) May I know your take in this? What makes you say it's still attractive ya? Well I guess there are always two sides to a coin and every individual has his own views. That is why these are called investments with calculated risks and not a surething money-making vehicle. At the end of the day, the lucky ones will gain while the unlucky ones will lose. E.g, AMFIRST management do seems like a deadfish at the moment, but can we 100% say that in 5 years time, it will be the same? Besides, AMFIRST is paying good dividends at this point of time, shouldn't we capitalise on this? |

QUOTE(river.sand @ Jan 15 2013, 04:41 PM) Too bad See Hoy Chan is not listed. Otherwise Pana must be snapping up its shares now Just by this quote alone, the REIT price will start "inflated" similar to IGBREIT 1Utama is one of the best run malls in this country. I can foresee lots of people buying its REIT... |

Standard Malaysian mentality. Everyone wants to jump in on the bandwagon once proven successful. But thats how share prices fluctuate anyway..so no complain

QUOTE(mopster @ Feb 1 2013, 11:59 AM) yah,,, it's like becoming a trend.. hope it wont turn out to be a bubble... Frankly speaking all potential REITs will have a yield below 5% definitely. There is no way they will launch their REITs below RM1 anymore any yield below 5% need to study carefully before jumping in >_<" |
