sunreit should be getting much upside dpu FY15 for reopening sunway putra mall. I'm expecting double digit. And that mall has high rental revision potential for its current low ground. That area is not a heat spot, but it's actually so damn near to KL prime area with LRT station. As soon as that area able to "clean up nicely", it could be a stragetic spot of its own such as Midvalley area. I think lah.

In fact, Maybank sees it not that good, therefore expect interest rate to stay unchanged.
However, CIMB is always optimistic, here's their opinion of possible rate hike 25-50 bp.

from high 104 to 99.5, that's very gud la... others have lost 30%.

my avg is 94 and is only one of the few that's still giving a positive roi.
hard to say what to come next... but outlook is more blood coming.

becos gomen/bnm hv no more tools to deal with shrinking trade surplus, low cpo price, depr rm, high debt, interest rates pressure, fleeing money - all at the same time.

all the cheap money dunno gone where besides wastage, komisyen and prop speculation which is public knowledge.

tough days ahead. hope not, but reports already saying it might be worse than 1997/8 for some countries.

for now, with a depr rm and low int rates, expect imported seafood like salmon, bread and beer to go up in price by 30% before yr end.

while official inflation will still be 1-2% p.a.
