so far so good i think

hmm the stareit proposal, are they planning something big or are they in a bit of trouble

everything red in my whole small REIT portfolio except IGB.pavilion is the worst drop

and weird that there is no financial statement for starhill reit.usually they are together with the income distribution announcement
anyway 2 more income distribution to look forward:sunway reit and klcc

We retain our Outperform call on the stock, with a 4% higher DDM-based target price of RM7.30, adjusted for
our FY14-15 dividend payout ratio estimates. In light of the current rising bond yield environment, we believe that REITs are not particularly attractive. However, we favour KLCCP for its property development projects that will be a re-rating catalyst and provide the REIT with key assets in the long term.

KLCCP is on track to pay dividend per share of 27.4 sen in FY13, of which 14.6 sen and 12.8 sen will come from property development and the REIT,respectively. This represents 94.5% dividend payout ratio, based on our projected FY13 earnings. Mr. Azmi stated that the management’s dividend per share target was c.31sen in FY14, based on the assumption that the REIT structure is completed by the beginning of 2014. Moving forward, KLCCP is committed to paying 95% of its annual earnings as dividends. We are increasing our FY14-15 dividend payout assumptions, in line with management’s dividend payout ratio target
