reits still one of the best investment, although the return nt as attractive anymore..
although reit buyers are usually in for the dividend, you'll still get some good capital gains.. all my reits except amfirst got + capital gain from last year. |

got in Stareit last week @1.07 and 1.08,i think can hold.. now monitoring pavreit. amfirst also quite attractive at this price, i think that is a good stock for dividend yield. but capital growth minimal / non..

hmm but when this Pav 2 can finish the construction? makes sense though, bukit jalil will have some high end condos up by 2015-2016. and MRT as well.
by the way, anyone went in Pavreit @1.4x? wasted no funds in CDS |
