u can try to choose the clean up contacts option from the people hub at the live id from pc, and they will suggest duplicates to be linked together,
all u need to do is to review and confirm them whether the suggested 1 is really the duplicate.

Sure H+ is lte? Or its the better version of h? my 620 gets h+ quite often
