Hi all, I am doing and running on achievement of Wheel of Misfortune for act 2. Just wondering who would like to run same achievement? Let's work together!

Here some rule :

1) Each person run and find the location of wheel of misfortune, when anyone found, notice other to join.
2) after done, re run the finding until u found other wheel of misfortune. continue..

as it rare to be found and hard, working together is the faster way to accomplished this achievement. I am now running, and now 5 out of 10. keep finding same one.

1) 5 minutes from (10:12 - 10:17pm) gmt +8 end Resplendent Chest
2) 5 minutes from (10.48 - 10.53pm) end Vile Swarms
3) 5 minutes from (10.55 - 11.00pm) end Ancient Urn
4) 3 mins from 11.04 pm - 11.07pm (reduce to 3 min wait, mcm takde sapa nk join je for this. haha.) end Ancient Urn
5) 3 min from 11.07pm - 11.10pm end Ancient Urn
6) 3min from 11.12-11.15pm end A Yellow Mob (skeleton)
7) 2min from 11.29-11.31pm end chest

i got this achievement after doing them in 3days, just farm a few rounds each day it's easy to complete them.
total less than 3hours to find all possibilities.

there are 2 possible place that ancient device can spawn but i find it too time consuming to run for both.
there are ways to recognize the map easily to know if the ancient device is spawned.
i'll put up a guide if i can later tonight, the way to hunt for this achievement faster.


the most difficult one to find was the one with the 'dead merchant'

here's how i do it - the faster way


1) make a checkpoint at the top left of the map - go inside the "archives of zoltun kulle"

this is so that you dont have to run all the way to the location the ancient device will spawn. although it is possible for this to spawn at a lower map of desolate sands, it will take too much time.
this checkpoint takes about 5seconds to find and reset if you dont see it.

2) the distance to vault/teleport/run to this place is extremely near, just look at the terrain patterns.

there are about 4 possibilities
X empty grounds where u see only skulls on the floors

X slight slope - normally comes with a chest in the middle

X lifted ground - pile of bones

@ you wanna look for this - a cliff with skulls. this indicates the ancient device, just follow down the map and you'll find the stairs


just dash and reset each time, i find this faster than scanning thru the map from bottom up

nice share bro! Thanks a lot, that how I do it most of the time. But just to add some more, it got 2 spawn point. one in the top, and another one in the bottom of map.

ya the other spawn point took too long for me it was such a waste of time i just scout for the top one and reset
