I called him to ask something but he purposely not answering call. The worst thing is he asked his wife to call back and asked me not to disturb him. Wat can I do for this poor service?

smile.gif i told you many times, you must be sharp enough to catch the lies in between the honest words. it applies to all agents. their mission is to make you say yes no matter what.

this is beyond his job liao. is ur lawyer should do these, before the transfer, the lawyer must make sure that there is no outstandings from vendor to the developer / management.

the agent's work is finished when the snp is signed........

Isn't it that the agent is suppose to educate the buyer that his lawyer should do it?
Especially buyer have no experience but agent have many experience

hmm.....u r both right and wrong hmm.gif

right is yes, the agent is to educate the buyer, ask him to ask the lawyer to do it. and this agent is a bit bad on his customer service which i oso have to admit.

wrong is, with tat agent's attitude like this, i really doubt he will have experience on this kind of problem (cuz he will just ignore the calls ) tongue.gif tongue.gif

assumption only.. or maybe agent wash hand after S&P is signed
or maybe agent's wife ask him not to pick up the phone
or maybe buyer like to talk to agent until want to keep calling him to ask him out (joking).. LOL

Agree. But if he is professional enough, can't he just revert this via a SMS?

His wife should have scolded me before I paid the deposit as the appointments to view the unit and collect the deposit were arranged at late night. He was so aggressive that he called me few times at night to collect the cheque despite his son was sick. I dealt with other agents also but their after sales service was not so terrible, at least they responded something.

ah..got a few SMS from their agents asking to sell or rent my unit. thanks for highlighting. will avoid them like the plague. So far the agents i've engaged or bought properties from, have been good. They entertain my calls even after the S&P or rental agreement have been signed.

agent's work is never finished even after he has gotten the commission. It's called after sales service. If you dont maintain business relationship with your client, then you can forget about growing your clientele. Agents do have to rely on customers to introduce their friends or contacts to them.

Lawyer suck, banker suck, real estate agent suck and developer suck. Valuer can escape from this being Ho Lang.

Malaysian expectation really high.

why u sign agreement when u didnt get deposit yet?

u need help from agent if your house is very far away and difficult to rent out ie. 6 months.

if easy to rent, then i usually rent out myself.

most agents are lazy. they won't open doors to so many customers because it's wasting their time and money.

they'll rent out to first customer to save time.
