hard to say, different location different geographic, some lake are high and some lake are low. I found out there are many land reclamation at the said lake.

Is it correct now got 10% early bird promotion

If yes, RM300k less 10% over 550 sq ft = RM490 psf, can tembak?

The studio design for dreamcity is much better compare with the heritage.

but the price still very high. Only for rich people.

i'm struggling btw univ 360 and dream city.

Univ 360 is 450psf. dreamcity is 550psf.

univ 360 offer 2 car park, dreamcity offer 1 car park.

dreamcity location is better but heritage got too many vacancy available for rental. i think it will be competitive.

at the end, i selected univ 360 but this weekend will still go & see dreamcity show house.

Feel heritage a bit run down..mines 2 quite empty..so dreamcity..can jalan? Whose target tenant? "Brothers n sisters" from mid east? Not furnished somemore...hmm...
