I think they have better posters just outside Bluwater. The view from the condo is really not bad.

I am quite confused if that area is Balakong, Sg. besi or Serdang!

after the school turn in to the private road which can connect to Heritage but immediately turn left to country heights there. The Sales gallery just at the river bank there. Got bunting and banner for now, easy to find. open on week day only for now.

should be RM540 per sf. I just booked univ 360 at sri serdang. Now struggling which to go ahead. IF skip highway can build faster then i will go for univ360.

At RM300k/550 sq ft is RM545 psf.

How much is the 480 sq ft Heritage selling, i think also about this range right?

So worth wacking? Game plan, flip or future rental?

if like those villa bungalow near near with no buffer yes ( a bit risky), but big development like this will like 100m away from the lake for better foundation.
