Any problem when there's lightning? Is it power surge protected? Thanks.

No problem at all. Unless some one open your door or knock or shake your grill, the alarm will trigger like hell.. biggrin.gif

Checked with ADT at Mid Valley fair yesterday.
Installation is cheap but they insist on monthly maintenance fee of RM 75.

Might check put this brand.
Any idea how much more the installer will charge to conceal the wiring ?
*
Last time my installer ask rm500. 10 points all together. But i choose to use casing, which is free. biggrin.gif

Can i have the contact as well? Plan to install when house is ready. Is the Blueguard L900 good?
*
Alredy PM you bro. Mine is L900, so far so good. The main disadvantages of L900 is it is hard to control the alarm remotely (by phone). You need to remember the tone pattern.

Thanks. Will the alarm system send sms to mobile phone when trigger? May i know why need to control the alarm remotely? You mean arm & disarm?
*
Yup arm and disarm. Mine cannot sent sms since i did not purchase the gsm module. Just a call to my phone. I connect it to my fixed line phone.

Bro, alarm price cannot based on floor area, u must give how many windows n door that u want to arm as detail as possible. Unless u want to opt for perimeter alarm.

I would recommend bluegard. Its good n d price is reasonable plus it0is a local product.
