as for preve cfe, if im not wrong, there is a sensor at the GB - CVT.
if there is an increment of power detect from the engine, the sensor at GB will send the ECU to reduce the power.

all because to protect the GB CVT, which already almost to the design limit of 215NM if Im not mistaken
*
Hi Ayamxxx,

Thanks for your opinion. We have already tested on Preve Cfe on dyno and in fact there are a good margin of improvement in both HP and torque. Our customers are happily driving them and enjoying their car day by day..

Also would like to add, you wont be hitting 215nm all the way as there will be cvt gear ratio changes along the way when the vehicle speed builds up.

Ayamxxx,

Just to kill out your curiousity, PM me to arrange a test drive session on our car - Exora CFE that is fitted with racechip with condition that you are driving one Preve/Exora CFE vehicle.

Thanks.

Hi,

If you wouldn't want to have any hassle from the service centre, it is good to remove it.

Right? Moreover it is so easy PND.

what about advantages at a glance of the Racechip Ultimate?
*
Hi Naddy95,

Can I know what is your daily ride?

Don't get me wrong as there are many inquiries for their rides are all non Racechip applicable.

Firstly you can actually see it from here - www.racechip.com.my

Here are the advantages from the Racechip Ultimate:

New ARM Cortex III High-End Processor

Lightning fast tuning; silky smooth power delivery
The intelligent high-end processor ARM Cortex III™ is a micro controller of the Cortex- series made by ARM and is enormously powerful. With its 48 MHz-clocking, it doubles the speed of our Pro2 series. The processor only needs milliseconds to react on the slightest changes in real-time signal tuning. This results in more responsive acceleration and smoother power delivery.

Hope that have given you a glance of our product.

Thanks!

What is PND? Would they be able to detect in the ECU log on the mod?

Can we as end user remove ourselves and plug it back after service?
*
Hi tanjq87,

Sorry for the late reply.

PND = Plug N Drive.

smile.gif

Yes. You have to remove it by step 1,2 and 3 before sending in for servicing or warranty purposes to avoid any disputation from the service centre.

As for the OE diagnostic tool, it is not able to detect any difference via ECU log. There aren't any alteration on the original ECU mapping as this Racechip is to help enhance the original ECU performance.

Regards.
