I can just imagine it. Carroll starts banging goals for WH, gaining tremendous form. We get all excited and recall him in January but only for his form to deteriorate yet again.

So far, to me Brendon Rodgers has proven himself to be no more than a class A Idiot. Is this management? You discard all your expensive pieces  cheaply just because they do not fit you system? Stupid.

I speak from experience really. When i came into the company i am currently at a year ago, we promptly got rid of an underperforming staff member in one of the departments. We have yet to be able to find a proper replacement for her, and things are still kinda FUBAR there.

I contrast, for the second department i had to revamp, there were a number of underperforming peeps. Didn't take the 'you suck, get lost' approach this time round, and took the time to come up with a system that best suits their strengths and abilities. Trained them, coached them, cajoled them buggers. It wasn't easy, and things still aren't as smooth as I want it to ultimately be, but it's still better than the first department. Replacing the parts imho is a cop out.

Yep watched it over the weekend. Some cringe moments but overall quite decent.

I like it a lot. Coz u can see the personal side for the players and manager. That's refreshing after watching them in purely football setting.

I miss the Riise in his prime, not the one we sold, maybe it's just me but I can certainly understand why Rafa sold him. What I don't understand is that position has never really been filled since he left. Dossena came and go like the wind. I thought Insua was pretty decent, don't know why we sold him, would've done well as a backup if not a starter.

Actually he's bought as back up then. Nothing more nothing less. Just his luck that Ramos shifted to CB & there's opening in RB. Credit to him for taking the chance with both hands. Same goes for Spain.

Is he like your new Insua now ? haha. He was quite good i thought. Took on his fullbacks a few times and had one decent effort i think. That's more than i can say about Downing, who was really disappointing tonight.

Liv seems doesn't know how to keep a clean sheet since the season start.... 

Assaidi was not impressive given this is his 1st game. Not many movements i could highlight of, he had a shot off target.
