Another thing is allow sweating during confinement. Many women said cannot tahan hot & sweat so they turn on fans or aircon. What you really missing is sweating actually help to release the extra water you retain in body during pregnancy. Just like if you have weight problem, some slimming centre will wrap you to sweat u into shape...
Last but not least, taking care of your baby and breast feed. I BF, take k my baby, wearing bengkung for 2 months diligently 24/7 and sweat extremely alot during confinement, no special diet and zero exercise (where got time)... when I back to work after 2 months maternity leave, I already can wear my Levi's slim cut (from 71kg to 55kg)
