I try to do this as often as I could, usually it is easier when I am alone and walking.
It is like watching your life on a TV, which is a 5D version of it, as all 5 of your senses are used, you just sit back relax and enjoy.

Sometimes it allows me to choose my perception, for example I see a sexy girl, then I am aroused, which is natural then I feel fear which I believe is programmed, then I ask myself, do I want to feel aroused and fear and I choose something else.
Instead of fear, I replace it with delight or fun.
