Hi guys, few months ago i went to workshop which i never go before to change tire. Everything goes fine until someone told me that my tires are not suitable to be used. The average year of the tire are 15 years, the workshop boss charge me 130 for each tire, 13 inch 1. Is it legal for selling overage tire to other? I'm new to car thing so can someone guide to me for this?

Sorry for the late reply, and also the for report the age wrongly, not 20 years is 10 years. But still the tires are not suitable to be used. Anyway i have upload the receipt and everyone please beware of this shop. I will find the workshop dealer to change for new tires.
