looks like this filter comes with the plastic holder. that means, I cannot use the stock pollen filter together with this one right?
and is it normal that the filter smells a little bit like asbestos?

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Sep 4 2012, 10:15 PM) can; but be prepared with such reply; "Ini kena tunggu, cik. Kita kena order pastu tunggu spare part jatuh dari langit". btw, asked the tire man about neuton tyre, he said no good la. cepat haus. synergy m5 also no good. cepat bengkak. lepas 6 bulan terus out. lama2 terus takleh buat balancing. I asked him what tyre is good for saga 15". he recommended maxxis tyre. anyone here had experienced maxxis tire? |

QUOTE(davidke20 @ Sep 4 2012, 11:23 PM) Dude, those filter were fitted on a piece of plastic, therefore you smell plastic, not asbestos. Problem with those plastic is, they're cheap to produce, but hard to make a quality ones with limited budget. Therefore those polymer are combined with petroleum to make that piece of dark plastic. You just smell stronger plastic smell. In order for those fume to harm you, you'll have to smell those vinkas straight tenths of years none stop 24/7. thanks unker. always splendid explanation from you. over the rime, the smell will fade and wverything will be healthy againTo reduce these harm to minimal, take out the filter, use a piece of clothe dip in soap water, brush those plastic area surface. After that, get a slice of lemon brush through the whole plastic area again. Leave it dry than those plastics is safe to use already So, don't worry. I answered on behalf already. |

QUOTE(calvin_kenni @ Sep 7 2012, 12:20 AM) yea mostly won't stop.. that's why i keep looking at the tank opening whenever i do slow refuelling.. some pump fastest flow rate is just very fast. even the tank is not full yet, but the petrol keep splashing outside. if some petrol started to show at the edges, stop the fuelling and that's obviously full tank i guess.. Added on September 7, 2012, 12:24 am QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Sep 7 2012, 12:19 AM) next time I will try to do slow refuelling, but this time will look at the tank opening closely. dont want to waste 2 ringgit of petrol. 14km wooo. QUOTE(dares @ Sep 9 2012, 10:10 PM) Can, if you app supports it. I'm using Torque Pro and it does support it. nice. Thinking of putting a dark translucent sticker near A-pillar to accommodate the HUD. still need to get anti-slip matt for the phone though. You will have to have darker tint because under sun light you won't be able to see the reflected image. |

QUOTE(dares @ Sep 9 2012, 10:19 PM) I thought of the same thing, but I figured it's easier to just hold the device with a handphone holder yup, somemore need to pull usb cable all the way from center console to charge the phone. but, if can get long enough cable, i think i can neatly pull the wire from center going below steering then to A-pillar. |

QUOTE(dares @ Sep 9 2012, 10:29 PM) You can do like my aux cable, run it under the dash and out the windscreen vents (those holes at the front of your dashboard under the windscreen). But you'll need a longer cable. neat idea! today, I saw sunlight near brake pedal. This must come from the opening on the dashboard. If sunlight can go through, definitely cable can also! Just drop you cable into one of the holes nearest to where you wanna put your phone, then pull it from under the dashboard and plug into the USB port. thanks! |

QUOTE(dares @ Sep 9 2012, 10:50 PM) You can walk-in provided you reach there an place your service booklet there before 7.30am. Else you're in for a long wait. yup, will get it this tuesday. cant wait actually. btw, we can log the data that we desired and view them later in PC right? Added on September 9, 2012, 10:51 pm You have bought the OBD2 scanner? Oh and be sure to tuck in the cables nicely, you won't want them to kacau your feet. Professionally, I am doing the same thing with flight data. cant wait to have car data at disposal for a change. |

QUOTE(dares @ Sep 11 2012, 07:25 PM) Maybe. I am comparing to my previous Waja, my gaga is much more....erm..."exciting" on those roads after I turned off the engine, the red led on the OBD is still blinking and the phone is still connected to the OBD. maybe after no input for few moments from ECU, then it will auto off.Added on September 11, 2012, 7:27 pm I keep it plugged in. Dunno if it drains battey power, but I notice my phone does not connect to the device unless I turn on the car's power supply. Maybe you could try and confirm. will test and confirm later. |
