To me, developer's reputation and track record is important to discuss. Especially when Verde's website has not much information for us to talk about.

When Mayland launched Regalia and The Elements, didn't people still relate them to previous projects in Hartamas & Jln Kuching? Regardless how 'long time ago' that was.

If the quality is really questionable then Aragreens (just next door to Verde) will be better choice. Main contractor is Putra Perdana, one of the best in the market...

Well, went to their website just now (verde ara damansara) not much information, the website also looks very cheap.

Also take a look at the map location and not so clear where is the exact location of this verde ara damansara.

The plus point is, it is located at Ara Damansara but still need to know which part of Ara Damansara this is.

Saw the booth at ikano on Monday. No one there other than a middle age man arguing with the salesman on why property is so overpriced these days. The salesman entertaining him maybe too bored manning the booth during a quiet afternoon.

If the price start from 600psf, size 1380sf -2100sf, so let say i am buying the smallest one = 1380 * 600 = about 800k plus. WOW!

I totally agree, man.
The Atmosfera is still having chronic issues few months after VPed. Damn lots of basic stuffs also need to chase and scold to get them fixed. And fixing also damn slow and half-hearted.
I pity those who signed up for Zefer..

Personally i will never touch Villamases' products ever again.

Not sure if they are using the same contractor or intending the same type of finish and workmanship...if they are, A BIG NO NO.

Went to Atmosfera recently to view the condo as my friend was interested to buy..the condition of this newly handed over condo was BAD.

The floor and lobby entrance was messy and looked like it is still under construction. Dust and mud everywhere and the lifts all looked like it is not properly protected (they should have 1-2 dedicated lifts for renovation and defect works and leave the rest for the residence). All these makes the Atmosfera looks like a low cost condominium. I understand that it is still very new and maybe there are still some work being down but looking at the level of "protection" they are using even after handover, I wonder how the quality or QC was like during construction. I've been to construction sites where the project is still on-going and it looks better and it is not as unprotected as Atmosfera.

Inside the units, the workmanship was quite bad. Walls and plastering was uneven, doors frames and other materials were either dented or not in good finish, paint job was also quite badly done. Don't know how well the developer responds to the defects..

However, all the above was enough to put my friend off for the condo by villamas. Actually, he really wanted to buy Zefer but used Atmosfera to check the quality the developer is offering. So, if its the same attitude adopted by this developer, i would say a big no to this project. They call the Atmosfera and Zefer a high end condo...they obviously haven't been to 1 before.

Villamas is doing lots of advertisement for Verde, newspapers, banners etc...

But the previous bad record on Atmosfera really make buyers think 3 times...

Wonder if we ask the SA about this what would be their reply??
