Guys, I need some assistance from u all. I noticed that I couldn't update the installed apps which I've installed into my Nexus since a week ago. It prompts up error while retrieving files from server. I tried on & off the phone again but can't work for the updates.

Anyone encountered this problem before this?

Tried just now & the same happens. Any other way? Do I need to uninstall updates from the Google Play clear cache & force stop menu side? This is the 1st time I encountered this problem.

I'm using DiGi Prepaid for my Nexus & all this while doesn't have this issue with my other Android phone. I'll try to reboot my phone again & if still can't I'll reset the whole phone again.

I connected using my office's wifi also can't get my apps updated thru Google Play at all. I just noticed it last week & initially I thought maybe my connection got issues with it. Sigh..... tried this morning, the same things happened. My staff's S Advance & S3 doesn't seems to have this issue. I tried rebooting my GNex numerous time & still the same.

Well, I can surf the internet using data & wifi in my office but can't seems to update the apps I've installed into my GNex. The following below is the screenshot of the error when I tried to update either one of the apps: [attachmentid=3032366]

Guys, I managed to solved my issue whereby I can't update my apps installed. I removed my Google account from Account & Sync setting then rebooted the phone & sign in using the same Google account name in Google Play.

Voila! It solved my headache & I finally found a solution for this. Thanks for all your kind assistance buddies!

Errr..... btw, any way I can update my current ICS to Jelly Bean?

Well, I did removed the Google account of mine under Settings, Personal tab.... Accounts & Sync, then selected my Gmail account followed by top right corner, selected Remove Account.

Then I rebooted my phone & launched Google Play followed by signing in the same gmail account. Kautim! Solved my problem which I encountered.

I'll try to follow the guide on the 1st page to update my current ICS to Jelly Bean.
