i just got my galaxy nexus yesterday and i dont know what to do with it 

"Bootloader" refer to "CWM"? (volume up+home+power)?

my plan is like this:

-root phone
-install Titanium Backup, do backup
- flash custom rom later

* CWM flashing i still dont understand la...

mine is 8 hours 8-9%, wifi on, sync on, 2G only, screen off all throughout the 8 hours
can post the graph? i want see how often and how long your screen is on, mine is 2 hour 30mins until 1% left, but a lot of idle time between screen on

impossible to get more than 3hr+ with 3g

I agreed with what you said "whatever iOS can do, android can do it beter". But I believe in term of stability, no one can match iOS so far. That says, being owner for 3gs for almost 4 years now. I only did update its iOS maybe 3 times overall, and I never reset my phone before. 3gs never disappointed me with crash alarm that cause late to job, or sudden missing of contact that make me lose my supplier number. and I heard that android have problem with the stability and in term of reliability. BUT that's the case where i heard with the gingerbread and before. After ICS, I believe everything is smooth. AND i see ppl like to flash this and that for custom ROM or 3rd party build of kernel. Nevertheless, iOS is for OLD PPL... and ANDROID is for ppl who like to advanture and seek for fun and risk.

Enough of the bull.s, as I am thinking of getting a budget phone, Nexus fall into my "taste" perfectly, except for the battery issue i heard of.

Other than that, anyone have any idea where to buy this phone? Any idea if DIGI still have stock with this?

3hrs 45 min screen on,  and i still hav 10% of batt left with lean kernel 4.2.0...

any1 hav a longer screen time with other kernel?
maybe i can try,  see if it can beat lean performance

that's nice to hear. But from 100% to 16%, only lasted from 5am to 3.30pm
can't last till night, unless maybe with powerbank or extended battery
