time to revert back stock rom and monitoring. spend on some on troubleshoot, hope this is just rom issue else prepare for rma?

I guess no way just the launcher. TW required system library link with launcher. let's wait someone here feedback will this affected the stock launcher (I think no).

that's why if you extract out only the apk will failed.

JBSourcery v2.2 ROM looks quite many customization bundled. somehow, CNA still top 1 most popular and follow by AOKP.

you download to PC or phone?

if using phone download, no problem here. any files download store in /storage/sdcard0/SkyDrive/downloads folder;
if using PC, more simple; just install SkyDrive, all files are store in auto-sync folder.

I always use both file expert and root explorer.
Android Authority site got recommend both Solid and Astro last week. Solid looks nice but new Astro seem lag intermittent.

For many ppl expectation, WP8 failed to run PC program are forever failed device, plus their Market's app/game available still far behind from Android/iOS have today. It's same applied to affordable windows RT tablet, while Windows 8 tablet powered by Intel are still expensive and battery life still a big concern.

nice lockscreen with very interactive design. the launcher just 3 tabs: app, widget & shortcut. good idea in organize that way. but yes, the view of showing all app is really
