Guys, I've never rooted or flashed my S3 before (total noob) but I really wanna try the cyanogenmod nightly build. Is there any known issue that I should know about?

Hi all,
I was wondering, will I lose my CWM manager if I installed a custom ROM? Also do in need to re-root the phone everytime I installed a new rom? Thanks a bunch  |

I just installed cyanogenmod 9 on my phone and I found out that the picture quality taken by this rom is sub par. Is it the same for everyone or is it just me?
