Do you work in an area with patchy reception? My building where i am at has patchy reception so i end up setting the phone to use GSM only (Cant internet anyway because the line is bad) and only using HSPDA / 3G when i am out. That way you save some battery i think since your phone is not constantly changing bands.

My 2 sen. It did prolong my battery life significantly though...

Curious guys, any issue with Omega v26? The reason I asked was because people saying omega is great etc. However when I try out, battery is way worst than my stock + phenomenal kernel. Just wondering :/

Yesterday the error come back again ...same Laah .. Saying that my ex sd card is damaged .. So far i changed 2 ex sd card ... The error is still the same....

Just curious whether anyone is using the anytag nfc launcher as a system app. Apparently to use it to enable GPS, we will need to install it as system app.
Does it drain battery? I am sure it runs in the background.
Having said that, will enabling NFC drain the battery significantly?

For the second question, when the screen is OFF, NFC is OFF.
Unless you are reading NFC tags all day long, the power consumption is very low.
Disabling NFC is pointless IMHO.

NFC no problem ..on 24 hr. it just read NFC tag only. background power usage is damn low until cannot notice

just for infor you can set task to be toggle so do task(item you want to do) on 1st NFC touch and task 2 (back to default setting ) on 2nd touch

Thanks a bundle TamiyaOne, managed to figure out the toggle function in anytag nfc launcher also. Just didnt realise the choice in the beginning. Still experimenting, so its a kind of selective blindness. Haha.

this problem happen to me too.. but only once.. after that i stop to use directorybind and change to Link2SD.. but somehow when i tried to move apps,it always show me "Read only.. or something similar.. any better apps?
