Try follow this step :

1. using root explorer and go to below folder system\csc
2. change the folder mounting to read/write
3. open the file language.xml
4. go to the section <supportList>, change the string for zh to zh_CN
5. save the file and restart ur phone

Yesterday few mates from here help me use this method ...

Oh ya ... additional step for more detail :
press the R/W button, long click the .xml, choose open in text editor, press menu button after done, save and exit.

I sesat yesterday due to miss out the additional step ... LOL

need to reboot phone i think .... u try ... i use Wanam v3.3 can ...

is zh_CN not cn_ZH
