New package for SOHO available since December 2014.
Fully furnished & 6% GRR available. Attractive rebates as well. Those buyers with 3rd property onwards can consider as the LTV can be obtained >70% Leave me your contact so I could whatsapp the info.  ========================== The booth was crowded during the star property fair at KLCC during last 2 weeks. Serviced apartment only left very limited units. Be quick as the price hasnt been increased since launching. |

In current market DK Senza price still stand firm n not falling like other places, I think it may due to high rental income. my units rented very good price, hopefully 2nd phase out 2016 won't affect to 1st phase rental.
