that's why need to check the fix list before they proceed. They'll show you wan ma. then angrily look at them and say "ini, ini dan ini tak mau". then they'll say "ini bagus punya, boleh improve this and that" and you say again "tak mau".

Seems that PEdar hq pushes these additives down their dealers/Sc throats... if they don't accept shipment of these, will kena warning letter. So they also push it down to customers throat unless customer specifically say NO, else they diam diam put in and bill customer. However now that DRB has taken over, PE no longer can do this. But that is another story I will not dwell here else kena lipot...

I'm used to PE style n read many stories, so each time I go to SC I will tell them only oil, filter n o-ring... apa lain barang tak mau... then again I usually go to smaller dealers to do as I can see what they are doing to my car unlike coe / bigger ones where u dunno what happen until 1/2 (or 1) day later...
