no it wont. It doesn't not increase the current (A). Hence, the lifespan of sparkies and also the ignition coil is still the same.

depends on your expectation. If you expect your Inspira to become Evo X, then sadly this isnt the thing for you.
But, definitely you will feel the difference before plugging in and after plugging in.
