I plan to open a RHB bank account.
So i can tie it to pay pal o.0 Anyone do that already ??
Becoz i dont want to use my credit card to open pay pal.
My friend told me RHB verify it.
Maybe i will go to open one account.

I will just use RHB bank to be more ez o.0.
Becoz i wan the money go in to RHB bank later on so i can withdraw it.
And i don wan to use credit card to verify paypal when i register...
Becoz i don think is safe to use credit card...
