yes i know, there is no brands that can claim their products is 100% no prob..but i think of getting my laptop to be last for atleast 3 years. im sager user btw and its reliable and no problem about keyboard,touchpad or wifi..so im a bit scare to experience this issue..

so i realised if you use the lenovo energy management software and set to high performance instead of power saver there is a significant improvement in games. realised that loading times are much much shorter and games are much smoother but laptop heats up very fast can anyone recommend a good cooler for y500 ?

1.after charging till 60%,it stopped and said
plugged in,but not charging  
2.when in middle of typing something,

I'm considering the Y500 now, 1 question the ultrabay I can add additional harddisk? Eg, SSD?

Just bought my Y500 like 3 days ago, everything was perfectly fine and the graphics were very nice. But until the second day night, wireless starts to show up problem.
Im using UniFi 5MBPS, modem is upstairs, laptop is downstairs.
First day was absolutely fine, i can even play dota2 with >50 ping.
But the second day even loading google page is also a problem when i access from downstairs but when i speedtest with my iPhone i get 4mbps.
Tried bringing my laptop upstairs and the connection is smooth again.
Could it be poor wireless network adapter ?

Want to ask, GT650m SLI or GTX660m more makan battery (Or course under fully loaded condition)??? I need to go mobile for long term at times...
