the Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine or Optimum Power Clean (OPC) able to remove the tar staining normally found and stuck near the bottom side of the car ?? Or do i need use something else to remove it ??

This is a good read and guideline for those who always worried how to wash a car properly if living in a condo/apartment... Also no more worry that it will take you hours to wash your car.
