How to change language, back to english

guys,
i've change the language to chinese coz wanna try it out...but it relaunch the launcher and starts to download from beginning (2.66GB)  ..anyone knows how to change it back to english without going through the lengthy download?...pls help  |

Happened to me last time, can't find back the page I read the solutions but the steps are (in my chatlog with my friend)
