i think it depends on individual preferences. each phones have their pros and cons. for me, the cons of Note is the laggy issue and also the batt =( but i like to draw so Note is more suitable for me comparing to iphone. playing games like Temple Run on Note is a big No No. But doodling on iphone/ipad isnt as fun as on Note.
