3 is nice, if the background is cleaner then better

5.. why do u include the softbox? portrait might have been better

well 30s or 40s depends on how long to make those light good enough

hi. if the exposure is 30s, the models cannot move right? how come their pics very sharp. didnt move at all? tq.

Because flash will freeze your subject.. this is what the other forummer don't understand

steel wool is a nice thing to play with. Try it but be cautious... I almost burn my hair and cloth. Try searching for the steel wool on the google and how to make it and again, please be careful if you're truly want to try it.

and for the freeze flash, go for 2nd curtain on the in camera setting for flash. It would freeze the subject so that you don't have to be worry so much about the movement.

Glad you like it and to add more to my collection. This poster were made for my assignment for lulz purposes, don't know if its going to be taken into short film soon. brows.gif

For those who will be asking later, this were done with nikon d40 and kit lens, no flash just used candle lights as the main light since wants to get the "feel" of ambience
