yup, living with DiGi for almost 2 years since my Desire HD 1 year Smartplan and continued for another year with Note.  Paid a stupid unreasonable "penalty" for "terminating" the contract earlier for 10 days.     My Desire HD contract ended in Nov 25 but Note was launched Nov 11 but i was told i cannot continue the contract.  Must wait for its expiry then only can sign up new contract with Note.  Or terminate the contract and recontract, but need to pay penalty - damn stupid policy.  I swore by then i will not bear with DiGi if other celcos offer the same deal as DiGi.  Maxis did not offer Note back then - only DiGi and Celcom launched Note bundle.

I thought i have a not bad connection with DiGi, about 1mbps at most of the place in JB until i got the SIII for my wife with Maxis.  At most of the areas in JB, Maxis can speed up to 4-5mbps H+, average about 1.5-2mbps in other places.  Then only i knew how "good" is DiGi.  But i must commend DiGi for offering the Smartplan.  It forces Maxis to come up with similar plan too.  Previously, Maxis always bundle data plan with calls.
