if SME Ori set, u will see Samsung E warranty sticker on the box. Other way, u can easily google and see how

depend on the shop person let u open or not... But as far i know there a big Samsung E-Warranty sticker on the box if it is SME "Ori" set.

apps successfully restored without any hiccups, i briefly compare nova and the ori touchwiz launcher, the ori launcher is so smooth that if you like all the touchwiz features its ok to stick to the stock launcher.
