If you have remove your account from the phone..it cant be downloaded. Only the phone that using the same gmail can receive the app.

Yes..just install the app to your friend phone first. Let him/her enjoy it. Once you get your Note2..you can get the app again for free

No need to factore reset. You can just remove the account from account n sync setting. It will automatically remove the account from that phone market.
I have 3 different account on my Note and i can remove any 2 account without factory reset EXCEPT the very first account where i registered for my Note.
All the apps that use exp. B account will be removed from the phone if i remove B account from the phone. Apps from A and C account will still be there un-touched.
Btw..this is a case of 3 different account in ONE phone. Not 3 different phones with SAME account.

Get a friend who have GNote. Try hold the phone yourself and feel whether it's too big for you or not. Actually Note2 is a bit smaller that GNote

No..cannot. You must have the same gmail account that bought the app. Then only you can use the paid app. The paid app is tight to the gmail account..not the phone.
Except a few app that tight to the phone imei instead of the gmail account. Exp..sygic or MyBackupPro (beta cloud app)

Should be fast like GNote. Furthermore the stock already here..just wait to be release. Most probably one week or two after Europe release..we will get ours

I dont think it will be release here within these two weeks. Europe maybe but not here. Most probably by end of next month or early Nov.

White surely have stock on the release day. It's the grey one that still not sure thou i think also got stock due to the same colour with S3 that already available in market
