I've only been getting legendaries every 1-3 days (sometimes I do get 2 in one level), so far all crappy bracers/gloves/pants/sword/dagger (that was due to doing it in nightmare/hell) but the frequency seems more after 1.0.4 at least for me (some also on chars with 0mf). Mostly dropped from trash mobs but I did find one in a demonic vessel. I hate finding those Hammer Jammer pants.

Anyone come across one of these before? Couldn't even search for it on gah or rmah (no such name when I search via name) nor does el google help.

Appears the same to me, crappy quality overall still, and totally useless attribs for the class. My gf is 364% and mf is 329% with nv5 (with the fortune shrine gf 389% mf 354%) so that is probably making somewhat of a difference there , but from before and after the maintenance I don't notice a difference in the amount of yellow drops (ok well maybe there is 1-2 extra amounts...maybe if anything) but it still stands to me that the quality of the drops are still horrendous. In short, still like shit. Even the lower ilvl drops are pretty poopy. Can't say I see any change at all lol.

That may just be true seeing as 1.0.5 is coming soon. Having done a few more runs I can see that now.

Went back to hell to have a looksie and it 'seems' like more yellows dropping with seemingly more variation. When I say variation it seems like more diff type weapons/armor then the same old kind over and over again (instead of maybe the same 2 kinds of daggers or axes, or boneweave shields blah blah etc) at least to me, but same old shitty affix (this was in act3).

Is gold dropping in lower quantities for anyone? Just curious

biatche, how long do you do runs in a day? Just curious because I haven't seen any good loot/legs/sets in a while and I've been farming my ass off and swapping gear etc, smash/kill everything/various acts and nothing leaves my view. Haven't gone as far as using my other chars though [think I have about 5-6 other lvl60's] though my main char para isn't exactly high [but that never stopped me from getting legs before]. Heard some people mention AR and even INT before (some even theorised that it depended on which server you connected to that gave higher chances of loot, or the amount of people online, or AH, day of the week, how you run your acts, speed of kills, whether pluto is in the 8th house etc etc blah blah), but I'm sure as some might have experienced before, I did notice a brief rise in finding legs when getting something new off AH lol. Of course as again some will probably mention rng. What para levels are you guys at and mf/gf when you are finding legs? Acts? I did find quite a few after 1.0.4 but man is it really dry for me now.

Any of you guys playing like this?

Not jealous, merely curious and yes I've done the 12hr thing before, even more sometimes when I get the chance. I certainly do no less than 7 that's for sure.
Definitely agree with you on the wasting time & effort part, I've clocked about 501hrs35mins just from august till now so pretty burnt out lol so I'm definitely somewhat doing enough. I do wish something would be done with the quality of items, they can decrease the drops if they want, it's just horrible what they've done to items and their affixes. We'll see how it goes in .0.5

Has anyone here managed to not lean on the AH at all and had no problems progressing (like with one of your spare chars or something) with the loot they've found? Of course those with really badass skills it probably wouldn't matter, but I'm just wondering if anyone here has managed to get all necessary upgrades for a char without relying at all on AH and just on the drops they've found, I always like hearing about people who manage to do this, it is somewhat motivating.

It definitely sounds difficult to upgrade your char fully without any usage of the auction house, though I might try it, but it might take months/years lol. It does sound like an interesting challenge, or maybe a mentally torturing masochistic one. I had always thought that they remarked it was doable (whoever it was at blizz, can't remember, jay maybe), of course technically yes it is, but the player might go insane by the time that happens.

Yeah, especially since the last update to auction house with the time left sorting, additional people will hop on to bid snipe - but like ^ above said you have to time it right as well, let all the schoolkids go after it hahaha.

Hmm, got myself (urgh ilvl62) exalted doomcaster plans from Ezreth Brimstone. He was one of those nasty quillback things with reflect damage/wall/etc. This is the second blacksmith plan I have gotten, the other one being Guardian's contingency or something. Both crap :\
This was from the Act3/The Keep lvl3/Inferno. Big sigh. All those hours in the past month and only this lol.

o_O got another ilvl62 plan, an Exalted Pallium shoulder armor plan. Can't wait for something useful to drop.

lol I think that's what most people are doing. I don't use the rmah though and I've yet to find upgradeable gear atm, hit a wall. Still no legs for so long as well.

I don't think it has anything to do with bad eyes, at least not with half or most others. Some people are just flat out not getting any at all despite mf/nv/routes/other unworldly factors. This of course is not as apparent to the lucky half though but I guess that's how the wind blows. I don't think the "doubling" of leg drops in 1.0.5 will change much.
