All news saying he will stay with 5 years contract. Well, won't denied he is useful for marketing and endorsement . Many ladies like him.

Really hope Walcott can sign the contract to stay. I don't know why people say he is not that good and inconsistent, but the fact is he second scorer after RVP and he did make some assists last season. Most important is he still improving since he joined the club. I don't hope to see him leave and buy someone to replace him, then we got excuse to say player need time to gel la and so on. We had give too much of excuses over last 7 years, a true winner should't be like this.

QUOTE Sky Sports sources understand Arsenal and Theo Walcott have reached a short-term agreement which means he won't leave the club this week. Walcott met with Arsenal on Wednesday in a meeting which included manager Arsene Wenger to discuss his future. Reports had claimed that the Gunners were ready to sell the England winger this week, after failing to agree a new contract with him. Walcott's current deal has less than 12 months to run, and he was being strongly linked with deadline moves to Manchester City and Liverpool. However, Sky Sports sources understand that the player and club have agreed that he will remain with the club beyond this Friday's transfer deadline. now can concentrate to get a defensive player. |

We had give too much of excuses over last 7 years, a true winner should't be like this. I guess different people have different expectation. I stand with my evaluation that Walcott's potential is only slightly above average at best and he has been inconsistent in his appearance. However, he did saved us in some important games. So, if everything's fine with his contract, I'm happy to keep him. But he's playing his cards too aggressive, I'd consider that he's one of the players we can safely live without. QUOTE(rickysay @ Aug 30 2012, 11:35 AM) Isolated cases.Anyway, RIP, Neil! You are one of the very few inspirations to the mankind - Malaysia is still way behind in your field (please do not include that guy who went to the moon for touring purpose, ok?) |
