Am staying in bangi now. To shah alam (nearby kota kemuning), I take skve all the way. Through skve, Rm 1.90 then RM2.00 toll nearby subang. Around 90-100km per day.

To skip more toll, frm ivory, I might go thru kajang town thru skve. So the total of Rm3.90 is still the same. Jz tat if frm ivory going thru kajang town, might b very jam and need more time to reach.

How bad is the traffic frm ivory to sg chua in the morning working day, I don't knw for sure. Haven't do experiment yet,

I knw its far. But wanna stay near to family. Parents can take care of my future baby if nearer. Plus I might not work in shah alam forever

There are a number of traffic lights to passby if you plan to go thru kajang town.. at least 5 traffic lights along the way
1) Prima Saujana junction
2) traffic light near kajang mosque
3) police station traffic light
4) traffic light near Dewan kajang
5) Sg Chua traffic light..

Maybe you should try out one day to gauge the traffic condition..

U turn at Prima Saujana is jammed every morning. Kajang town to Sg. Chua is a nightmare. I got stuck twice there after using the Saga Sg. Chua toll road to putrajaya.... 30 mins jam.

GOOD NEWS... OCBC is now Panel for this project.. Can pm me if wanna try..

Mind sharing the rate, if MRTA/MLTA is optional, lock-in period, flexi/conventional, maximum year of tenure and if OCBC can offer 90% loan..

Just managed to get one unit release ytd (swimming pool view).

actually if swimming pool view for floor higher than 10 = not swimming pool view already...... its too high that swimming pool is too low it probly block by balcony fence

I think still manage to see d swimming pool but a mini one. Lol.. Only 6 unit left. I have no choice but to pick one with better view. Shud be signing s&p next week.

Im unsure about loan.
But for cash buyer, the sa told me, this month have to start paying another 10%.
So if for loan, once u all got approved i think soon have to start paying. But i not sure also

Hi Happy 2013 everyone!

I have already sign my S&P Loan Agreement everything last few weeks for IR.
But before i signed i already requested my banker from CIMB to amend my MRTA from 30 years to 5 years.
She said it's possible and asked me to sign the loan agreement 1st since i will be on business trip at Jakarta for 2 months.
She promised to courier to me the amended loan agreement at Jakarta to get my signature but so far receive nothing yet since she is on holidays.
Just wanted to know did anyone experiences this situation before and normally how long will it take?

between i already sign my snp and loan agreement and i also got my snp copy
just the loan agreement the lawyer say need take some time therefore when i start pay it also dunnoe still a question mark
