just went there this morning.. block C will not be launched until it is completed in 2015. according to the SA, the developer wants to sell it at a much higher price smile.gif
block A - only 1 ground floor unit left
block B - few units but all 4th floor and below.

My colleague recommended IR, good analysis by Ajak25 and of course the deal offered by the developer is pretty tempting wink.gif

and sorry ya, i just paid rm20 not rm200..
the thing is rm20 is not processing fee.. it is the minimum money you need to have in the account.
so rm20 is still yours..

I thought someone mentioned before that Ambank offering 40 years tenure? Why now there are a few people being offered 30 years only?

And anybody got their loan approved by HSBC? What are they offering?

as i know, for Ambank you can choose either 30years or 40years tenure

i not just apply..
i already apply one month plus leh...i no apply other bank.

i last two week i just get inform that my loan just approved 90 % only..
the offer detail still waiting approved like BLR rate, tender, mrta, lock or not lock.

wan ask here sifu izzt got such things?

as i know once the loan approved the bank will call us say approve how many percent, blr, how many year, and other things.

but what i am facing now just know my loan apporved only!! other thing still pending....

any idea you guy or sifu here

u better apply few more banks
HSBX only till age65,BLR the lowest,try the tiger & CIMbank fast,cause year end most banker target n quota is full
i gip up HSBX
if u dont mind bout flexi loan go for AM cause their BLR is competitive

ya i think i will call to developer call them to submit other bank cause i tired to waiting respon from hsbc.
if developer still call me wait, then i think i will ask them to refund leh..dunwan the units anymore...
damn sad with their panel services.

I think HSBC really no interest with this project. Applied a month ago and very slow reply or feedback from HSBC. End up taken CIMB's offer.

They should just de-list themselves from the panel bank if they are not bothered with this project at all.
