Nothing happen/progress on loan appli although oledi 1 mth i submitted my docs to TLS.

is all the unit for kajang view facing west?? who get kajang view here???


Added on November 5, 2012, 4:57 pmI just booked my unit in block A 16 floor facing kajang view... do u all think its better for me to buy blok B for better view even with 15k more expensive?

Both view also the same, stick with block A since it is cheaper. Just my opinion.

You plan for own stay or invest?
Own stay better choose block B facing pool or forest. If invest then nvm lo whistling.gif

Facing west is not all that bad. Depends on individual. Some people who are into feng shui might just want their house in that particular direction. It could be any of the direction. etc... west, east, north, south....

Manage to get a nice unit two weeks ago and loan has been approved by ING . They are offering fix rate 4.8% which my husband feel that it's more stable knowing the BLR fluctuate quite a lot. The approval speed is amazing . Only took them two days to approve once doc is submitted.

From what i know through my SA, TLS is very strict on loan submission since the units have almost been taken up. She told me left about 20 Over units and a long list of waiting list queuing for units.

Their customer must submit doc within one week and loan approval within two weeks time. Otherwise they just refund customer and open the unit after issue notice.

Good luck to all Ivory purchaser. biggrin.gif
