Which bank give that valuation bro? I c iProperty ppl are selling around 480k by lowest. Hopefully it doesnt cost that less.

but for same level should not be higher than block A coz block A more exclusive.. difficult to get buyer if they know block A still available and open for sale..

it is less dense; if i remember correctly - fewer floors & unit per floor is also less.. more privacy & not many use lift when return from work thumbup.gif

i think block C will be the least dense
