I think it will be priced at least similar to oasis 1 else people will rather buy ivory since the building already completed.

Agree with you, i espect price might in within 550k, as previously heard agent blk C the internal unit facility hav abit diff with A & B and blk C 4 units each lv only so price might Hav variances

they sent a letter and claiming interest for some plumbing things i think

and now the claiming process only like 50% to 60%, still got quite alot havent claim means got quite alot havent do ?
