Pass by today to snap some photos... The bottom photo show the site with the blue fencing next to Ameera probably is Oasis.

Additional info : Sime Darby recently launced a 17 storey condo project at our neighbour Saujana Impian, priced at rm500+ persqft @ Mahogany Park... Seems like the price at kajang area keep shotting up๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

mahagony is only very very small, and there is absolutely no parking at the roadside, i have no idea if some family got more than 2 cars how are they gonna park their cars

Yes sime darby launch near by saujana impian heard tht MKH n mahsing also have land at tht area n beside jail. Just see this area property during this 2 years

Heard from the Oasis forum, the SA said there is a proposed flyover connecting Mutiara Heights to SILk highway, and the plan already received the approval from related authorities.

It is is true, then it is good news but SA these days are not very reliable.

Banyak lagi, Block C all kosong, open for sale hujung tahun ni. Estimated rm400+ persqft.

with the recent spate of flooding in kajang, does anyone knows whether the area around IR is prone to flooding ... as far as I can remember, if I'm not mistaken, sometimes when it rains the roads near the Tesco, after the ramp down from the Cheras/Sg Long road and the turning to Kajang town might get flooded a bit ...

that part dont flood, i live in kajang and that tesco part dont flood, the flooding is near sungai chua, and under the flyover near giant prima saujana, but lately i passedby there i saw they digging something at the side of the road, most probably is to fix the drainage

lately they've been so kind to fix all the road with potholes i have no idea why laugh.gif even the road in my taman also got new tar

Actually what I meant is more to flash flood ... I use that road quite some times few years ago on my way to project site in Semenyih ...

when it rains heavily, I can't remember which part exactly but somewhere around there ... always one side of the road would have water and flooded ... maybe improved now ... last time bumpy and plenty of holes also ...

Mutiara Heights area is at higher elevation. I would say 99% won't flood.

this area is good actually becoming mature. But what hold me back is the access lar. only 2 road for in and out. can sustained incoming population?.

There's a plan to build a flyover. Developer claimed they have paid the authorities for it but not sure when it would materialize. You know la.
