Yesterday by pass Ivory residence there main road beside IR are ready for car drive through, behind ivory residence one more Banglow 1080 Residence @ Puncak Saujana Kajang to build, actually surrounding IR are built up alot of 3 story Banglow, pricing starting 1.5M...I have visit the show house extreme big with club house.

the problem is they build so many houses there but there are very little restaurants nearby, one paparich, one hailam kopitiam and that's it, im working out at the kakigym nearby there if you guys saw it when visiting IR site, and i have to go all the way to kajang town or even mahkota cheras for some decent foods

can take it as a good chance to open a restaurant in this area?

Yes can open restaurant there, beside ir will built shoplot

Just talked to SA this week.

Ivory is rushing to complete block c and
the facilities. all job will handover by end
dec.
then next 4-5 months for fixing details and
approvals. expect to Vp by june or earlier.

Ameera block a, b is at 12 th floor
next month. 7 floor more to go.
Block c has completed the 20 th top
floor now fixing door and windows.
Not bad for speed too. expect early delivery
too. may be 7-8 months after Ivory
vp.

Huhhh another project by TLS @ Oasis 30th Floor Condo, located behind Mutiara Villa. Per sqft rm400 onwards, 1255sqft 3 bed 2 bath... IR, Ameera, now Oasis... Soon Mutiara Heights will become bricks forrest. 😏😏😏

30th floor some more.. hate TLS.. at first promise my unit swimming pool view and forest reserve view.. i guess it will be blocking the forest reserve view adding it is 30th floor high..

Behind Mutiara Villa its on the other side right, too much development there cant even remember which side is which.

Oasis 1 selling at 411 rm psf after discount.
much higher than Ivory and Ameera.

there is also another lot beside and may be
call Oasis 2.

totally 4 different phase, and may be more
than 2000 units. Very dense.

However this time do you think TLS
can sell in record time as in
Ivory and Ameera?

Personally I don't think so.

Where do you find all this info on the new project?

Oasis 1 name sound suspicious. TLS might launch Oasis 2 in near future :-)
