those shoplots around ivory what kind shop can we expect

as far as i know its quite hard to find chinese food new this area sad.gif

hope there's restaurant or kopitiam like ivory

they sent a letter and claiming interest for some plumbing things i think

and now the claiming process only like 50% to 60%, still got quite alot havent claim means got quite alot havent do ?

as far as i know, the second Macdonald is opening soon, which is just 500m away from the Macdonald near Ivory laugh.gif

500m open 2 Macdonalds i think alot of people also speculating on this area

better view lo , but extreme high like top few floors, less people wanna buy, because quite hot laugh.gif and maybe better water pressure , imagine the pipe run from top floor to bottom later water come out left little bit because middle there alot of people used already

did a bit of research on this Midea
one of the top 3 brands in china, factory did oem and shares technology with toshiba-carrier, most of the hotels in china also use this, i supposed because value for money.

but alot of quality problems, need to top up the refrigerant a little bit often

gonna set up a home gym but i'm afraid the ceiling is too low
