tbh pearl avenue and ivory design looks oudated, but for less than 300psf, okok la

the problem is they build so many houses there but there are very little restaurants nearby, one paparich, one hailam kopitiam and that's it, im working out at the kakigym nearby there if you guys saw it when visiting IR site, and i have to go all the way to kajang town or even mahkota cheras for some decent foods

i think TLS is getting absurd
at first i thought they will only launch ivory at mutiara heights, then they launched Ameera now they launch Oasis 1, Oasis 2 dont know when if like that ivory one want to sell subsales very hard already |
