suddenly this one look so cheap.

Another Kajang area. jadehill service apartment got poeple saying is now asking 450psf.

450psf for jadehill service apartment is realistic, Sri Petaling/Puchong are going for 600psf++ already.

Ivory Residence is like a steal-buy for RM275psf++. Sapu clean clean already.

Hi all Sifu,

usually how do we pay the interest once we receive the cc letter from TLS?

Should we wait for the bank to send us the letter then only we pay it?

Haha, I'm also trying my luck! Placed booking last week -- got 30 over ppl in the waiting list, hohoho! My first investment into property, if don't get I'm still interested to see what TLS has in plan afterwards.

up to Dec 2012 567 units Belum dijual, Now April 2013 ( in 4 month time can SOLD of all units ) ???

nah.... we didnt get cheated. I've heard they plan to sell block C after its completion so that they can earn even more out of it.... so we can presume this property's appreciation might not be bad

Not at all, the property itself (location plus easy ownrship) is attractive enough. The developer is reputable and the package like peri said is very good!
