Another Kajang area. jadehill service apartment got poeple saying is now asking 450psf. |

Hi all Sifu,
usually how do we pay the interest once we receive the cc letter from TLS? Should we wait for the bank to send us the letter then only we pay it? |

Placed booking last week -- got 30 over ppl in the waiting list, hohoho! My first investment into property, if don't get I'm still interested to see what TLS has in plan afterwards. |

 Block A+B +C total 730 unit, really SOLD OUT ? ??? up to Dec 2012 567 units Belum dijual, Now April 2013 ( in 4 month time can SOLD of all units ) ??? |

because the selling price is reasonable and package also attractive, no surprise it will selling like hot cakes, must salute the developer for an affordable home to all

The developer is reputable and the package like peri said is very good! |
